Reads the kernel's own interface counters at about 0.25% CPU, backs off when the link is quiet or in Low Power Mode, shows live speeds in the menu bar, and opens into link details, Wi-Fi name, local and public IP, router, peak and average, session totals, and a privacy mode that masks the identifying rows.
